Why you should switch to baked potato chips

Are you one of those people who really love to eat potato chips? Can you sit down to watch a Television show and eat whole NEW bag of potato chips that you just opened? What kind do you eat, by that I mean do you eat the regular full of fat potato chips or do you have baked potato chips.
Say you use regular fat ones and then after years of eating the full fat ones you might discover that you have been diagnosed with high cholesterol. Then you are either given a medication to help you or your doctor might recommend lifestyle changes.

Even if your doctor gives you medicine that doesn't give you permission to continue with the eating full fat potato chips because if you do that your cholesterol medicatio won't work, you are playing Russian Roulette in that if you continue to eat high cholesterol foods like regular potato chips then it is Russian Roulette because too high of cholesterol can give you a heart attack or even kill you,
What you should be doing is eating baked potato chips. There are many brands of baked potato chips and I am sure you can find one,.

When you eat baked potato chips you get 70 percent less fat and if your doctor told you to lose weight then the baked potato chips have 25 percent less calories. Eating baked potato chips will help you out in the long run.

How to zest a lemon

This blog is going to be food tips.I invite anybody who has tips about food that you have!
DO  you have a recipe you are dying to try, so much so that you drool when you think of it and dream of it? Do you not make it because your recipe calls for fresh lemon zest. Here I will give you a zesting tip. First get a zester then rub lightly over a fresh lemon. Take offthe part of the lemon closest to the outer yellow outside.. Don't go to deep because underneath it their is the pith which is the white bitter part of the lemon. Doesn't taste so good!
