DO you have a recipe you are dying to try, so much so that you drool when you think of it and dream of it? Do you not make it because your recipe calls for fresh lemon zest. Here I will give you a zesting tip. First get a zester then rub lightly over a fresh lemon. Take offthe part of the lemon closest to the outer yellow outside.. Don't go to deep because underneath it their is the pith which is the white bitter part of the lemon. Doesn't taste so good!
